DEBRA Great Chefs Dinner
In February 2020, Chantelle joined an all-female dream team to raise over £40,000 for DEBRA at their annual DEBRA Great Chefs Dinner.
The annual black tie dinner, hosted by Michel Roux Jr, aims to raise funds for those suffering with a life-threatening condition which blisters skin, called Epidermolysis Bullosa.
This year, Chantelle joined Ching He Huang, Sally Abé, Marianne Lumb and Anna Haugh to create a four-course feast. Guests started with canapes from Ching, before enjoying a Cornish mackerel started from Sally. Anna dished up black pudding with potato and apple puree, while Marianne looked after the main of venison and quince. Chantelle finished the feast with her warm pear and ginger cake, a mainstay of the Tredwells menu.
Held at the Langham, the night also included an auction, which included prizes such as a safari through Kenya and dinner for 4 at Claridge’s.
